We have been collaborating with Property Vision for over 5 years, which started as we developed their web platform and assisted them in automating their processes.

The Challenge

The latest collaboration was about inefficiencies in managing and tracking photographer's work and required a custom app tailored to their business needs. While general tracking apps exist, they lacked the specific features Property Vision needed. We developed a native iOS app, as their photographers exclusively use iOS devices. The app enables tracking appointments schedule with calculated payouts and driving times, integrates maps for easy navigation, and includes user profiles with payout account details. Push notifications ensure real-time updates, enhancing communication and workflow efficiency.

Photographers can easily track their weekly bookings with a built-in calendar that displays appointment details, estimated driving distances, and calculated payouts—all in one place.

Integrated Maps for Navigation
Each booking includes an interactive map and exact location, allowing users to view routes and calculate travel time, improving planning and reducing delays.

Automated Payout Tracking
The app provides a clear breakdown of completed shoots, service totals, and travel fees. Photographers can review and approve their earnings with a single tap.

Detailed Booking Info with Service Breakdown
Each job includes selected service packages, special admin notes, and client contact details—ensuring the photographer arrives fully prepared for every shoot.
