Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand projects goals and needs.
- Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Managing projects through all phases of the software development life cycle, from project initiation to post implementation activities.
- Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Working closely with software development teams and ensuring awareness among the team.
- Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Handling the change requests, new features’ development on the company's existing and new products
- Preparing status reports by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
Requirements
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- 2 years of experience in IT project management
- B2 proficiency in English
- Great planning, organizational & risk management skills.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Great punctuality and responsibility skills
- Good sense of humor 🤠
- Experience in foosball ⚽(optional)
