Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Determining and defining project scope and objectives.
- Working closely with software development teams.
- Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Managing projects through all phases of the software development life cycle, from project initiation to post implementation activities.
- Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Handling the change requests, new features’ development on the company's existing and new products
- Controlling the quality of provided services and products.
- Preparing status reports by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in IT project management
- B2 proficiency in English
- Great punctuality and responsibility skills
- Experience in risk management
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Unmatched enthusiasm in managing multiple projects
